501 Yonge street
Lanterra have recently purchased a very exciting piece of Real Estate in Toronto for a whopping $38.5 Million – 501 Yonge Street, just south of Yonge & Wellesley (The blue pin on the map below). By comparison, Great Gulf paid a measly $7.7 million for their site at PACE.
